JOB DESCRIPTION: The qualified candidate will lead, train and direct the activities of their crew in the trenchless rehabilitation of sewer mains using a cured-in-place process.




  • Review pre-bid project videos to determine necessary line preparation, bypass requirements, traffic control implementation, and any potential excavation points.
  • Work closely with Project Management and CEO with bid preparation and submittal. 
  • Ensure quality control on final product and correction of any deficiencies. 
  • Strictly enforce and supervise all safety protocol as per OHSA and company guidelines.
  • Organize, implement and complete installation of CIPP product as per design specifications.
  •  Review and order CIPP liners from 3rd party vendor as per site installation specifications.
  •  Have a complete working knowledge of boiler trucks, flusher and Vactor equipment, inversion equipment, compressors, both warehouse and on site wet out impregnation, pull in and inversion methods.
  • Supervise independent contractors, municipality and field personnel required for the successful completion of projects on schedule and within budget.
  •  Prepare and submit on-site reports as necessary for review by superintendent

Jet/Vac Combination Truck Labor Foreman

Position Summary:  Operate the Combination Jet-Vac Truck. Must be in the Laborer’s Union or willing to join if not already a member.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:            

  • Locate utilities from a map and set up proper traffic control for safe deployment.
  • Clean all underground utilities prior to pipe inspection team gaining access.
  • Ensure all safety guidelines are followed.
  • Inspect, clean, and perform repairs on mechanical equipment.

  • Must meet Kokosing’s requirements for a company license.
  • Will be required to join the Laborer’s Union if not already a member.
  • Company will provide training on our Hydro-Jet truck and locating utilities.

Working Conditions:

  • Operate the truck predominately throughout the state of Ohio, and occasionally surrounding states.
  • Travel is required, including overnight stays.
  • Exposure to the elements: Heat and cold.
  • Must be able to work at least 8 to 12 hours per day as job dictates.

CCTV Van Operator

Envision Contractors LLC is seeking an experienced CCTV camera truck operator. Envision is located in Owensboro, KY. Their fleet includes multiple-van operations with an assortment of pipeline cleaning and vacuum services. All vans are Rausch Electronics housed in Sprinter Vans.  Position will be based in the Kentucky region but travel to other states as projects come available.

Ideal candidate should have experience working, operating, and maintaining CCTV camera vans. Having experience with Rausch Electronics and POSM software is a plus. Candidate should have a positive work attitude and be able to manage a small crew.  Candidate must be able to draw detailed sketches of projects and comprehend sewer maps. Being able to communicate between city inspectors, construction personnel, and crews is required.

  • CIPP Boiler Operator – responsible for the operation of a water boiler unit and the curing of the CIPP ;
  • CIPP Robotics Operator – responsible for the operation of plugging and cutting robotics;
  • Lead Service Specialist – responsible for the replacement of LSL by pulling/moling methods;

  • PFAS Water treatment Specialist – Responsible for the operation of a PFAS water treatment unit;
