I am a passionate advocate for all things associated with assessing and renewing our aging water and sewer infrastructure. Being a certified trainer for nearly the past 20 years, I am proud to continue serving my industry peers as Chair of the Technical Advisory Council.

Where I come from (Winnipeg, MB), they have practiced trenchless as a “way of life” for a long time, so I have been at it and fascinated with condition assessment/rehabilitation for over 40 years. In the past couple of years Lynn Osborn and Sheila enticed me to get involved with TAC, expanding it from one to a Team. I’ve been hooked ever since.

In December 2014 I retired following a 40 year career in water, wastewater and pipeline trenchless technology and began a consulting career as NASSCO’s Technical Director. All these years later I am still locked into NASSCO as a member of the Technical Advisory Council and loving every minute of it.

I have been working in the trenchless technology area for over 30 years. I started working with CIPP and pipe manufacturing businesses in the 1980s with Interplastic Corporation. My background in this industry is technical as well as business related. I continue to remain active by consulting and working with NASSCO.

Jerry Weimer

I entered the Sewer industry in 1984 working for MSDGC, in Cincinnati. I worked in the Collection division primarily in Inspection and Cleaning, for 30 years. I have trained PACP since 2005. I consult and train, nationally, in Wastewater and Stormwater Inspection, Maintenance and Crossbore Prevention.
