Infrastructure Condition Assessment

Structure: Chairperson and committee support members.

Purpose: To develop and execute a plan for the maintenance and growth of the training and certification program on a national basis. Recommend media programs that educate and result participation by owners, engineers and operators resulting in a national endorsed standard for identifying defects in sewer pipelines and manholes.

Required Reporting: For the annual and semi-annual meetings and for each of the quarterly NASSCO newsletters.
