Annual Meeting

Structure: Chairperson and committee support members.

Purpose: To develop a multi-year annual NASSCO meeting site plan. Efforts include contacting a variety of hotels and resorts, investigating their facilities, rate structures, availability and general conformance to NASSCO meeting requirements. Information acquired and recommendations are reported back to the Executive Director and the Board for evaluation and approval.

Required Reporting: For the annual and semi-annual meetings and for each of the quarterly NASSCO newsletters.
